Ingredients
  

Truffle Filling
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk or semi-sweet

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix peanut butter and butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until dough forms.
  3. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll into balls and freeze briefly.
  5. Dip in melted chocolate and decorate.

Notes

Add coconut oil to chocolate for smoother coating and shine.
