Cones
  • 8 waffle cones
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate melted
Chocolate Cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer or whisk

  • Microwave or double boiler

Method
 

  1. Coat inside of cones with melted chocolate and let set.
  2. Whip cream with sugar, cocoa, and vanilla until stiff.
  3. Fill cones with chocolate cream.
  4. Top with desired crunchy toppings and serve.
