  • 1 fresh burrata large ball
  • 1 ciabatta loaf sliced
  • 4-6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 heirloom tomato sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Method
 

  1. Toast bread until golden.
  2. Layer prosciutto, tomatoes, and burrata.
