Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Spice Ganache
  • 8 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée not pie filling
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Glossy Coating
  • 10 oz dark chocolate melted
  • 1 tbsp honey or corn syrup for shine

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat cream with pumpkin purée and spices, then pour over chocolate.
  2. Stir until smooth and add butter and vanilla.
  3. Chill ganache, roll into balls, and chill again.
  4. Dip truffles into glossy chocolate coating and let set.

Notes

Use pumpkin purée sparingly to maintain silky texture.
