Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare springform pan.
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugars and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, cream, cocoa, vanilla, salt, and coloring.
- Fold in crushed Oreos gently.
- Pour batter over crust and bake in water bath for 60–70 minutes.
- Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
Notes
For best texture and flavor, chill overnight before slicing.
