  • 4 slices Genoa salami
  • 4 slices capicola
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 0.25 red onion sliced

Method
 

  1. Slice baguette horizontally and lightly toast if desired.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
  3. Layer provolone cheese on bottom half of bread.
  4. Add folded meats evenly across bread.
  5. Top with vegetables and drizzle with dressing.
  6. Close sandwich, press gently, slice, and serve.
