Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread sourdough or thick-cut
  • 8 oz sliced turkey
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper or to taste

Equipment

  • Skillet or griddle
  • Spatula
  • Small mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise.
  2. Butter bread and spread sauce on inside.
  3. Layer turkey and cheese, close sandwich.
  4. Grill until golden and cheese is melted.
