Ingredients
  

Gingerbread Layer
  • 1.5 cups gingerbread cookie crumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Eggnog Cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.75 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Mix gingerbread crumbs with melted butter and press into shooter cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and eggnog until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into eggnog mixture.
  4. Layer eggnog cream over gingerbread base.
  5. Top with whipped cream and garnish. Chill before serving.
