  • 12 oz short pasta penne or rotini
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 1 cup ham diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 cups Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Cook seasoned chicken until done, then dice.
  3. Prepare creamy cheese sauce with butter, flour, broth, cream, mustard, and cheese.

  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese and breadcrumbs, and bake until golden.
