  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice chilled
  • 0.25 cup orange juice chilled
  • 2 tablespoons mango juice
  • 0.75 cup sparkling wine chilled

Method
 

  1. Chill all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Pour pineapple juice, orange juice, and mango juice into a champagne flute.
  3. Slowly top with sparkling wine.
  4. Gently stir if needed.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.
