Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
Chocolate Mix-Ins
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 0.5 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter with granulated and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Combine cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  6. Fold in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate.
  7. Spread batter into pan.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
  9. Cool completely before cutting.
