  • 1 packet yeast

Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1 cup cheddar
  • 0.5 cup parmesan

Method
 

  1. Prepare dough and let rise.
  2. Mix cheese filling.
  3. Shape calzones and seal.
  4. Dip in baking soda bath.
