Ingredients
  

Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Sandwich
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  2. Spread garlic butter on bread slices.
  3. Heat skillet and place bread butter-side down.
  4. Add cheeses and top with another slice.
  5. Cook until golden, flip, and cook until cheese melts.
  6. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt.
