Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 6 cups water
  • 0.25 cup baking soda
Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
Garlic Butter
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Fill and seal dough balls with cheese and sauce.
  3. Dip in baking soda water.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  5. Brush with garlic butter and serve.
