- Mix mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, and cream cheese into a thick filling.
- Combine butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place bread in skillet butter-side down over medium-low heat.
- Add cheese filling and top with second slice of bread.
- Cook until golden, then flip and cook other side until crispy.
- Slice and serve immediately for maximum cheese pull.
Notes
Use low heat for best melt and avoid burning bread. Best served immediately.
