Dough
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.75 cup warm milk
Milk Soak
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Prepare and knead dough.
  2. Allow first rise.
  3. Roll out and add cinnamon filling.
  4. Slice and allow second rise.
  5. Bake until golden.
  6. Pour tres leches mixture over warm rolls.
