Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt to taste

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Cheese grater

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add cream and gently simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add gnocchi and cook until tender and coated in sauce.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and bacon. Season and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture and creaminess.
