  • 2 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon zest fresh
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Pour olive oil into a shallow serving bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic and allow to infuse for a minute.
