  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry completely.
  2. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Melt butter and gently cook garlic until fragrant.
  5. Toss hot fries with garlic butter and parsley.
