Sunrise Layer
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
Sunset Layer
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen peaches
  • 0.25 cup orange juice

Method
 

  1. Blend mango, pineapple, yogurt, and orange juice until smooth.
  2. Blend strawberries and peaches with orange juice until smooth.
  3. Pour strawberry mixture into glasses, then top with mango mixture.

Notes

For best layering, pour slowly and use frozen fruit.
