  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.33 cup crumbled cotija-style cheese
  • 6 small tortillas corn or flour

Method
 

  1. Season steak with oil and spices.
