Croissant Stack
  • 6 croissants large
  • 2 tbsp butter melted optional
Strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Whipped Cream
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Slice and prepare strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Slice croissants into layers.
  4. Layer croissants with cream and strawberries.
