Brioche Layers
  • 1 brioche loaf sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
Whipped Cream
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberries
  • 3 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Mix strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, let sit.
  2. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
  3. Slice and optionally toast brioche.
  4. Layer brioche, cream, and strawberries repeatedly.
  5. Chill, slice, and serve.
