Ingredients
  

Dirty Soda
  • 1 cup lemon-lime or vanilla soda chilled
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 2 tbsp half-and-half or cream
  • 0.25 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp crushed golden cookies

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour soda over ice, leaving room at the top.
  3. Add strawberry syrup and gently swirl.
  4. Slowly pour in cream.
  5. Top with whipped cream and crushed cookies.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh while bubbly. Adjust cream and syrup to taste.
