Ingredients
  

Choux Pastry
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
Custard
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
Strawberries
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Boil water and butter, then mix with flour to form dough.
  2. Add eggs and pipe dough onto baking sheet.
  3. Bake until golden and cool completely.
  4. Cook custard mixture until thick and let cool.
  5. Fill puffs, stack with strawberries and cream.
