Ingredients
  

French Toast Base
  • 8 slices brioche bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
Rose Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream optional
Toppings
  • 1.5 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey or strawberry syrup

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, rose water, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Assemble brioche sandwiches with cheesecake filling and sliced strawberries.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to create custard mixture.
  4. Dip sandwiches in custard and cook in butter until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drizzle with honey or strawberry syrup and top with fresh strawberries.
  6. Serve warm and slice to reveal creamy rose cheesecake center.

Notes

Use brioche for best texture. Do not over-soak bread. Serve immediately for best creaminess.
