- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter, press into pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Pour batter over crust.
- Swirl in strawberry purée.
- Top with Oreo crumbs.
- Bake 40 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, chill, slice, and serve.
