  • 0.5 cup strawberry cream
  • 0.5 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • strawberry syrup for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Mix buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.

  4. Prepare strawberry cream by mixing whipped cream with strawberry puree.
  5. Layer pancakes with strawberry cream and sliced strawberries.
  6. Drizzle strawberry syrup, garnish with berries and powdered sugar, and serve immediately.
