  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango cubed
  • 0.75 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 0.5 cup milk any kind
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 0.5 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Add strawberries and mango to the blender.
  2. Add yogurt, milk, honey, and ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Use frozen fruit for a thicker smoothie without extra ice.
