Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Layer
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
Fruit Layers
  • 1.5 cups strawberries
  • 1.5 cups mango puree

Method
 

  1. Prepare crust by mixing crumbs, butter, and sugar, then press into pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream and spread over crust.
  4. Blend strawberries and spread over cheesecake layer.
  5. Add mango puree layer on top.
  6. Chill for at least 6 hours until set.
  7. Slice and serve cold.
