Pancake Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Cream Filling
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Whisk dry ingredients for pancakes in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients separately and combine into smooth batter.
  3. Cook pancakes on a hot pan until golden and set aside.

  5. Fold cream cheese and strawberries into whipped cream.
