Crepe Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt pinch
Filling
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream whipped

Method
 

  1. Mix crepe batter and rest.
  2. Cook thin crepes in pan.
  3. Prepare strawberry cream filling.
  4. Fill and roll into burritos.
