Donut Rings
  • 6 slices bread thick cut
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
Strawberry Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped

Method
 

  1. Cut bread into donut shapes.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Dip bread rings and cook in butter until golden.
  4. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla, fold in strawberries.
  5. Fill donut rings with strawberry cream.
  6. Serve with powdered sugar or syrup.
