Pancake Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Cream Filling
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix dry pancake ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients separately and combine with dry mixture.
  3. Cook pancakes on a non-stick pan until golden.
  4. Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy peaks form.
  5. Layer pancakes with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
  6. Stack until desired height is reached.
  7. Blend strawberries for drizzle and pour over stack.
