Base
  • 6 croissant donuts
Strawberry Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
Ice Cream Filling
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla, then fold in strawberries.
  2. Slice croissant donuts in half.
  3. Spread strawberry cream on base.
  4. Add ice cream scoop and top with donut lid.
  5. Serve immediately with optional toppings.

Notes

Assemble just before serving to prevent melting.
