Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries diced

Method
 

  1. Prepare strawberry filling by cooking strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thickened.
