  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and strawberries.
  2. Flatten bread slices and spread filling.
