Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup fresh strawberries diced
Eggrolls
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg for sealing
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in diced strawberries.
  3. Place filling in egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  4. Seal wrapper with beaten egg.
  5. Fry eggrolls at 350°F until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
