Ingredients
  

Donut Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup milk warm
Strawberry Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup strawberries chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add egg and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, adding milk until soft dough forms.
  5. Shape into small balls and bake until golden, about 10–12 minutes.
  6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberries until smooth.
  7. Fill cooled donut holes with cheesecake mixture using piping bag.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar or glaze before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh. Chill filling slightly before piping for easier handling.
