Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add egg and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, adding milk until soft dough forms.
- Shape into small balls and bake until golden, about 10–12 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberries until smooth.
- Fill cooled donut holes with cheesecake mixture using piping bag.
- Dust with powdered sugar or glaze before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh. Chill filling slightly before piping for easier handling.
