Pretzel Crust
  • 1.5 cups crushed pretzels
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Prepare strawberry filling and let cool.
  2. Bake pretzel crust in ramekins.
  3. Mix cheesecake batter until smooth.
  4. Prepare cake batter separately.
  5. Layer cheesecake, filling, and cake batter.
  6. Bake until edges are set and center is soft.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain molten center.
