Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crust
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
Cheesecake Layer
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries chopped
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Cookie Topping
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking pan.
  2. Mix pretzel crust ingredients and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare cheesecake layer and spread over crust.
  4. Cook strawberry layer and spread evenly.
  5. Prepare cookie dough and drop over strawberry layer.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Chill before slicing for cleaner layers and better texture.
