Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crust
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cheesecake Layer
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
Brownie Layer
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, then fold in strawberries.
  4. Pour cheesecake mixture over crust.
  5. Prepare brownie batter by mixing melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, flour, and salt.
  6. Spread brownie batter on top and bake 35–40 minutes.
  7. Cool completely, chill, slice, and serve.

Notes

Chill before slicing for best texture and clean cuts.
