Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.33 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1.5 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 cups pretzels crushed
  • 0.25 cup butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a skillet.
  2. Mix strawberries with sugar and set aside.
  3. Prepare brownie batter by mixing wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Beat cheesecake ingredients until smooth.
  5. Layer brownie batter, cheesecake mixture, and swirl.
  6. Top with strawberries and pretzel mixture.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overbake for a gooey center. Best served warm.
