- Cook strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until soft, then thicken with cornstarch.
- Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar, then press half into a pan and bake.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust, add strawberry mixture, and swirl.
- Top with remaining pretzel mixture and bake until set.
- Cool completely, chill, then slice into bars.
