Cookie Base
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Topping
  • 1.5 cups strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Pretzel Crunch
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare strawberry topping and let sit.
  3. Mix cookie dough ingredients.
  4. Prepare cheesecake filling.
  5. Layer dough, cheesecake, strawberries, and pretzels in skillet.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
