Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 0.5 cup pretzels crushed
Filling
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup strawberries chopped

Method
 

  1. Prepare cheesecake filling and freeze.
  2. Mix cookie dough ingredients.
  3. Assemble cookies with filling inside.
  4. Chill dough before baking.

  6. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Freeze filling to prevent leaking during baking.
