- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cast iron skillet.
- Prepare strawberry sauce by cooking strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until thick.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, and crushed pretzels to form cookie dough.
- Press cookie dough into skillet evenly.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla for cheesecake layer.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over cookie dough.
- Add strawberry sauce and swirl gently.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly set.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Do not overbake for gooey texture. Best served warm with ice cream.
