Method
- Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and spices in a saucepan.
- Heat mixture until sugar dissolves and begins to simmer.
- Add smokies and pineapple chunks and stir to coat.
- Simmer 15–20 minutes until sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
- Serve warm with toothpicks.
Notes
Can be prepared in a slow cooker on LOW for 2–3 hours.
