Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
Bowl
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli steamed
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 cucumber sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, sugar, garlic, ginger, and vinegar.
  2. Cook chicken until golden.
  3. Add sauce and stir.
  4. Add cornstarch slurry and thicken.
  5. Serve over rice with vegetables.
