Dip
  • 1 large bread loaf sourdough or artisan
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan grated

Method
 

  1. Hollow bread loaf and prepare dip mixture.
  2. Sauté spinach and garlic.
  3. Mix all ingredients until creamy.
  4. Fill bread bowl and bake until golden.

Notes

Drain spinach well to avoid watery dip.
